Wheat

In thirty hectares of land we cultivate ancient varieties of wheat and cereals, giving our produce maximum taste and tradition

Wheat is cylinder ground, a process which ensures that its oils are not lost due to the heat of processing. The resulting high quality flour  is used in our bakery products for the “Solo Grano” range.
